Are the drawings framed?

Yes, all drawings are framed and ready to hang.  Framing includes a double window mat, and museum glass.  The drawing is mounted to acid free foam core.  The frame itself is a dark warm contemporary wood frame.

Can I purchase work unframed and use my own framer?

Yes, when you contact me we can adjust the pricing so that work can be shipped unframed.  In order to protect art, the drawing would still include double mat and foam core mounting.

Are your drawings originals?

All of the work you see in the colored pencil gallery are original drawings. There is absolutely no print process involved in my drawings. Every single inch of my work is hand drawn with razor sharp colored pencils.

Are your materials archival?

Yes, all materials are archival and museum quality.  I use Faber-Castell and Verithin colored pencils which are lightfast.  All of my drawings are executed on Fabriano Artistico and Arches Hot Press watercolor paper. Both are 100% rag, cotton papers. Mats are made with 4-ply museum board, which is the highest quality available.  Using only the highest quality materials insures that the drawing and matting will never fade, yellow or discolor.

Does the purchase price include shipping?

No it does not. Shipping costs will depend on size of piece and destination.  Because the drawings are glazed under museum glass it is many times more advisable to purchase the work unframed and then take the drawing to a framer of your choice. An estimate of shipping costs can be provided when you contact me.

Do you offer discounts if I purchase more than one piece?

Yes, I do!  If you purchase multiple drawings, I will deduct 20% from the total price, (not including the cost of shipping).

Can I view your work in person before I purchase?

Yes, I maintain an active studio in Orlando, Florida.  I welcome studio visits.  Call to arrange an appointment.  Additionally. I encourage you to view my “Upcoming Events” link. If I’m participating in an art festival that you are planning on attending contact me and we can arrange a private appointment so that you can preview the work before the show opens.
